The Alishan Oolong is grown in the tea gardens of the Ali Mountain region. Grown at an altitude of between 800 metres to 1400 metres, the pristine mountainsides covered with clouds are ideal for growing Oolong.

Nestled close to untouched beautiful scenic 1000 year old forest, and coupled with unique local climate, the tea produced is of a very high quality. The short sunshine time results in reduced astringent substance in the tea leaves, hence the tea flavour is sweeter. The spring water of the Ali Mountain used to irrigate the tea trees also contribute to its beautiful sweet flavour.

The elegant gardenia floral fragrance and natural milk aroma is unique and intoxicating. Combined with its delicate fresh taste and a gentle sweet aftertaste, the Alishan Oolong is a beautiful cuppa that will delight your senses.
