Dandelion root is one of the best herbal diuretics. It helps eliminate salts and water from the kidneys, but also replaces the potassium lost.

Dandelion root has traditionally been used to stimulate the release of bile from the liver. It may support treatment for a variety of liver and gallbladder disorders, especially the incomplete digestion of fats.

It may help ease constipation, improve the digestive system and promote gastrointestinal health. It may also accelerate the breakdown of various steroid hormones, causing an indirect, favourable effect on eczema and other skin conditions.

High in vitamins A, C D, B complex, and essential minerals like potassium, calcium and iron, Roasted Dandelion Root Tea is a delicious beverage that has a coffee-like taste.
