Cinnamon pieces, Licorice Roots, Ginger pieces, Fennel, Orange Peel, Cardamom
Put 1 to 2 teaspoons of loose herbs per 6 to 8 oz of boiling water, cover tightly and steep for 5 to 10 minutes. For a more “medicinal” effect, steep 15 to 30 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
