Due to Australian customs regulations, teas or infusions which contain seeds, nuts, fruits, citrus pieces or flowers may be stopped from entering Australia. The presence of such ingredients is stated on the tea descriptions of our product pages. Unless otherwise stated, all other teas and infusions are free of these ingredients.

 

International orders

The presence of such ingredients is stated on the tea descriptions of our product pages. Unless otherwise stated, all other teas and infusions are free of these ingredients.  In the event that a tea imported does not meet customs requirements, the product could be heat treated at the importers expense or destroyed.

The true and correct value of your order will be declared as per postal regulations in New Zealand, and for parcel insurance purposes.
