Chamomile tea has traditionally been used to help provide relief for a wide range of health ailments. Chamomile tea is most well-known for its relaxing and soothing properties and is often taken before bed to promote restful sleep.

It is also used to soothe stomach aches, ease the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome, promote elimination, and assist in overall digestion. It is often used in combination with peppermint to help promote better digestion

Also found to contain glycine, a compound that calms muscle spasms, chamomile tea has also been used to help ease menstrual cramps.

Chamomile has immune boosting properties and has been used to help in the fight against colds.

Chamomile Tea

  • BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
    Put 1 to 2 teaspoons of loose herbs per 6 to 8 oz of boiling water. cover tightly and steep for 5 to 10 minutes. For a more "medicinal" effect, steep 15 to 30 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
