A soothing herbal infusion treasured for its natural sweetness, rich flavour and restorative properties since
ancient times. Licorice root has traditionally been used
as a soothing agent to help provide relief from asthma, cough, sore throat and phlegm.

It has also been used to treat canker sores and stomach ulcers. When combined with peppermint and chamomile, it may help relieve symptoms of indigestion and reflux. Topical preparations have been used for eczema and other skin problems.

Licorice Root

    Put 1 to 2 teaspoons of loose herbs per 6 to 8 oz of boiling water. cover tightly and steep for 5 to 10 minutes. For a more "medicinal" effect, steep 15 to 30 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
