Peppermint tea has been used to help promote better digestion. It is known to be useful for treating and
soothing upset stomachs, and to reduce abdominal
pain caused by irritable bowel syndrome.

It may also help treat headaches and sinusitis, and may be useful in preventing gingivitis. A soothing and refreshing infusion that leaves a cool aftertaste on the palate. It can be enjoyed hot or cold.

Peppermint Tea

    Put 1 to 2 teaspoons of loose herbs per 6 to 8 oz of boiling water. cover tightly and steep for 5 to 10 minutes. For a more "medicinal" effect, steep 15 to 30 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
